Sailfish OS > 2.1.0.9 now has the ability to set the font size to three different values: *Normal*, *Large* and *Huge* in *Settings* > *Look and feel* > *Display* > *Text size*.

For visually impaired users system wide changeable fonz size is a must - even beofre style and design (function can kill form). Not dealing with the issue of challenged users is definitely not timely...
