Sailfish OS > 2.1.0.9 now has the ability to set the font size to three different values: *Normal*, *Large* and *Huge* in *Settings* > *Look and feel* > *Display* > *Text size*.

@Sage - the 'fontSizeMultiplier' has been removed from dconf it seems, at least I cannot find it in any dconf path.

There is work being done on getting font size adjustable from settings as some have already noted from the dconf keys and other things possibly, it has not been released yet though as it affects to all...

It isn't just font size that is important. It is font colour and background colour because contrast is even more important. I have a visual impairment (2/60) and I need both.

For visually impaired users system wide changeable fonz size is a must - even beofre style and design (function can kill form). Not dealing with the issue of challenged users is definitely not timely...
